Lost my smell from a non-Covid upper respiratory for the last 6 months. Then my smell started to come back but not in a good way. All I could smell was burnt tacos and cigarette smoke that didn’t exist. My sniffer was misfiring. I got this kit about 3 weeks ago and at first I couldn’t smell any of the scents except for the eucalyptus but I trusted the process. I would go in the bathroom with the lights off and smell each one 4 times and try to visualize and remember the smell of each one. After about a week, I started smelling the rose, clove and lemon faintly. Kept with the program and I can smell them a little more. I’m also not smelling the phantom burnt tacos and cigarette smoke as much. I will continue to use for the 12 weeks that is suggested. Glad I found this

I have a long history of allergies and sinus problems including sinus surgeries. My sense of smell has been intermittent for years but last year after a bad head cold it never returned at all. I decided to try this after seeing a review from someone with issues similar to mine. It has worked for me, but only when I use it twice a day everyday. My smell returned to a point I was happy with after two weeks and I stopped using the training kit. But after not using it for a few days my sense of smell disappeared again and I had to start all over. I would plan on using this twice a day everyday if you want to see results, and be prepared to have to use it for an extended period if you want to maintain your sense of smell.

The ENT doctor recommended this si that I could get my sense of smell back. You know, i think it is working!!

Well i haven't gotten my smell back but that being said I dont know how long its supposed to take. Ill order it again just to try one more time... I can smell the items but it hasn't helped with my regular smelling

This works surprisingly well! My smell (particularly in one nostril) has been gone for years and I didn’t think it would ever come back. So naturally I had very low expectations but wanted to try anyways—the safety risks that come with very poor smell are not great. I have actually noticed that on days when I do use it, I am more aware of smells throughout the day. If I forget to use it the next day, the same benefit does not carry over. Following the directions carefully also makes a difference in how well it works for me. I would be interested in more scents to continue retraining my nose.

Handy packaging in the plastic tub, keeps it all together. Didn't work for me, used it for 4 months and had no change in my condition, so I gave up
