Olideauto Automatic Electric Swing Door Opener, Commercial Door Operator Electric Motorized Open and Close with 2PCS Exit Buttons

When we moved into our home about 3 years ago, our home inspector told us not to install a dog door in the garage door leading inside our house because it voids the home insurance policy (most house fires originate in the garage and can easily travel through a doggy door, thus voiding the coverage). We have an extremely active Husky who goes inside and out dozens of times every couple hours so after a month of CONSTANTLY letting the dogs inside and out, we were over it! There had to be a better way... Thanks to Olide, there certainly is! After a relatively easy install, my highly active pups were able to freely move inside and out with a push of a button from anywhere in my home. I was however unsuccessful in training them how to "paw" the open door button so I eventually broke down and ordered motion sensors and I couldn't be happier! Everyone who comes over is blown away by the opener and how smooth and quiet it operates. Nearly 3 years of constant opening and closing daily and it still runs as great as the day I installed it. Just recently I had the thought of how great it would be if I could also control the door even when I wasn't home so I could spontaneously lock my dogs inside or outside when I needed to (yard service, guests coming over, etc). You guessed it, Olide does that too!! Can't wait to install the wifi controller to make that dream a reality! If you're in a situation like I was or if you have another need, just do it, you won't regret it!

Door assist not good for the motion sense did not work

Product was fairly easy to install and works well for our purpose.

This was such a great find for our elderly parent who likes to go outside and garden. We had some help from our electrician to get it properly wired since the wireless fob is for tiny fingers and gramps can barely operate his tv remote. There’s a learning curve to set it up but manageable. Depending what you need an automatic door for- this was a great find!

The instructions are terrible

This is a robust product that functions smoothly. Installation instructions must be converted from metric to English units and the product must be programmed to the specific installation. Once you have that nailed down, it's awesome! I would recommend this product to any do-it-your-selfer looking make their home accessible.

So far works great.The number to call during install was very helpful.

The media could not be loaded. My Handyman Larry installed the unit today. I'm very happy with this. Would recommend works fine.
