I really wanted to like this piece but there are too many things that are bad with it. It arrived damaged, there are bent and scratched frame pieces, a screw missing on the "wood" side table and an unrepairable break in the other side table "wood". I was provided with a small refund but they would not send parts to repair, instead said that I could fix it myself. The back of the piece is too low in my opinion for comfort reasons. But I think the worst part is the cushions. AFTER ONLY ONE MONTH, THEY HAVE FADED. They are too thin to the point that they are constantly scooting out and through the back of the frame, the sectional just looks disheveled all the time.

I decided to buy this last year and I didn't read the reviews before buying. Ships in 2 boxes, and upon arrival they were in horrible shape. Box was SO bad I knew something was broke inside of it. I wanted to send it back, but it would have been at my expense which would be close to $300 due to the size and weightI emailed both Amazon and the seller multiple times and the seller kept giving me the run around and asking the same questions over and over.In the end, I couldn't get a refund or even discount.Out of the box, sure enough there were some broken pieces. We have tried using it, but within a month, the cushions started fading, the "wood" started to warp for the end tables.All that to say, beyond the cheap product, the customer service was HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY

If I could rate this zero stars I would. When I received this sectional, it was damaged. The metal was bent and the paint was all chipped. I contacted the seller and was offered bare minimum. It would have cost me more to send it back. I have not had this sectional very long and it’s all rusted out and bowing in the middle when someone sits. Would never buy again.

Easy to build, & durable. But the color of the cushions faded immediately after being in the sun. Also, the cushions absorb all the rain water. Not bad for the price it is, but I wouldn't buy again.

This set looks great in pictures but it is not in real life I received this item is such badly damaged boxes that they fell apart when opened. The items themselves were damaged badly, but I think only partially because of poor transport. They are just crappy quality. The black coat is just regular paint that chips off with any tiny bang and scratches super easily. The item was delivered also with completely wrong parts and whole boxes missing. My issues were not addressed when contacted the seller so I am stuck with this junk. Don’t buy if you don’t want to waste your money.

1- 👎Connected side tables are smaller than I thought they'd be, and look like plastic.2- 👎Back rest is low, (like only half way up your back) so the back pillows don't offer great support as they bend back over the back support bars.3- 👍 Easy to put together.4- 🤏 Pillows are firm, but for some c could be too firm.5-👍 Pillow covers seem decent quality

This is a very cheaply made piece! The “wood” is actually plastic and the sofa arrived broken, scratched and dented in 7 different spots! We have been trying to return it since the day we received it and Amazon is making it very difficult. I have had to call 5 times and still haven’t gotten anywhere with my refund. Do not recommend!!
