I bought these a year ago and work the best for us. They are smaller than others I have tried. They are strong but will loosen over time so I check before each use. Very easy to remove and get a new suction. Works for my 230lbs husband. bought another set for my mother.

Very sturdy, easy to install, not bad for the price we paid, will get more if need be. The suction is very strong and sturdy. Doesn’t move or slip when grabbing. To release the suction just pick up the release on the side. Very easy to do.

It would fit perfectly if I had a flat wall but not on tiles. The suction cups over lapped over tiles so they wouldn’t be secure which could be dangerous.

I bought this for my grandmother who has mobility issues (surgeries and age does that!). She has a smooth fiberglass shower/tub, and we cleaned the spots the handles were placed with Scrubbing Bubbles with a water rise. I also raised off the suction cups because it picked up some crumbs from the kitchen when I unboxed them.Once the spots and cups were cleaned, we wet the cups and wall. I noticed the cups gripped the wall even before flipping the lock tabs. When the lock tabs were secured, that handle wasn’t going anywhere. I told my grandmother she better be sure about where she wanted those handles because I’m not sure I can get them off now. The handles can hold my weight (140 lbs) and my grandmother’s weight (180 lbs), and we tested it out by putting our weight on it from her shower chair and from standing in the shower.I’m very happy that the handles feel sturdy as it gives my grandmother and I peace of mind that she has more stability in the shower. The only con I can think of is that a person with enough mobility and strength will need to put this handle on the wall. The lock tabs didn’t want to secure in place at first, but I got them on by putting some weight on it and the cups were grippy enough to hold it in place for me.10 out of 10 recommend

So I purchased this for my husband who started to experience mobility issues and having problems getting up from the toilet. When we received this, I cleaned the back of the bar and the tiles per instructions and lined it up and closed the tabs which was VERY HARD TO CLOSE but I figure that would mean that it will suction well to the wall. It worked great for TWO DAYS. Then it started to slide down the wall. I figured I may have dive something wrong so I re-affixed to the wall and pushed on it and it didn’t budge. WELL, in the middle of the night I hear a plop because the grab bar just FELL OFF THE WALL by itself. Once again, I re-affixed thinking maybe somehow an air bubble was lodged in between the wall and grab bar. Unfortunately it happened again that night - OFF THE WALL it came with no one using it. I am giving it one more try and if it doesn’t stay put it’s being returned.

I was hesitant to get these because of the suction cups, but they are great! Very sturdy. Suction cups are strong. Perfect for what we needed them for.

At first I thought these were excellent and the exact thing we needed for a little light support. I wish I could say they were reliable and super stable. One of them keeps falling off the wall - the lever won’t engage completely. No way to contact seller for replacement. Under product support it is “self-troubleshooting”, it doesn’t address my specific problem and references all troubleshooting for a screw-mounted product, including needing a drill for installation, etc. These are better for someone who is relatively stable on their feet - do not rely upon it to really hold anyone up if there is a slip. It’s more for helping to ensure they won’t slip in the first place, but if/when it pops off the wall, it could cause a very dangerous situation. They are installed correctly - on the tile, not on a grout line, nothing to hinder the suction cups from a tight seal. One of them works reasonably well, but it has lost suction and come off the wall as well. I have found that occasional (intentional) re-positioning helps it stay in place better.
