Pleased overall
It’s attractive and works well. Just be mindful of the dimensions. I wasn’t, and it’s way smaller than I envisioned.

The edge of the blade is not like the one I bought in Alaska.
sharpening edge is 3/16" wide and the one from Alaska is easily 1/2 inch and easier to hold to sharpen. Other than that I have no problem with this knife, but I think it is is going to need sharpened more often.

Wasn’t better than the cheaper ones I have
I only have the use of one hand so I have to use gadgets to prepare food, but this one is not better than the cheaper ones I have

A new found vegetable chopper
I have chopped vegetables for many years, and started doing it with butcher knives and moved to the modular chopper instruments. This ULU Knife and chopping bowl is fast and easy. Everything stays in the center of the bowl until the chopping, or dicing is complete.
