As another reviewer stated, there is a problem with the plastic seal where it is getting eaten away and leaking. My container arrived with some product having leaked. The plastic seal has a big hole that could be from being used, but looks like it was dissolved from the cleaner. The insert inside the cap was stuck to the top and shows how product had leaked out and saturated this cap. Hopefully this is an issue that they can address and correct. When it comes to performance, the degreaser is pretty good. It cleans up fresh/new messes easily, but was ineffective on older, cooked on grease - like the buildup on the hood vents. It was very good at cleaning the toaster oven door, but didn't clean the rack or heating elements very well. Overall, it's the best degreaser I've used for recent messes, but doesn't cut into the old, cooked on stuff very well.
