can you adjust the height of this brace?

No you cannot. The first one I ordered was too tall for me so I had to order a smaller one.

Hello! the size S of this neck brace is not for children.

Can you use in the shower?

Yes if required. When I first had surgery I was told to shower with it. I didn’t have to though as doctor said I would be ok as long as I put it right back on afterwards.
