Diamondback Drumsticks Hickory Laser Engraved Drum Sticks (2BN)

From the 2 pair that i have there's only 1 miniscule suggestion that i could mention, the etched patteron into the stick could be deeper, or better defined is all...I Decided to change from a 5B to a 2B, simply for a better fit, and like most people (I believe) that come across this stick immediately notice the scale pattern engraved on the stick. YES it does make a difference!!!I've been playing around 14yrs, and gone through all the name brand stick's and some off brand.... sad to say there's not much difference between them, in size's or function.Due to a need of grip without spending $ on tape, gloves etc i have been buying rubber dipped sticks, but even that would wear down, and come off in time..... the problem is solved with these.The pattern doesn't bother in anyway, and anyone sceptical about rubbing through the engraving, isnt a down side either, because it just makes a pocket for you hand to grip, that the grooves around said wear helps keep your hand in place.There extremely well balanced also, once you adjust to there newness you'll be asking... WHERE HAVE THESE STICKS BEEN MY WHOLE DRUMMING LIFE!!!!

it doesn't slip, & I love the way grip feels.however, The downside is that it is expensive.anyway, I 'd like to recommend it around.

Nicely weighted, easy to hold onto.
