4 Layers Wood Pet Parrot Playstand | Bird Playground, Perch Gym Playpen, Ladder with Feeder Cups Bells, For Cockatiel Parakeet

I have found that this playstand is a fantastic addition to my parakeets. They can engage with it for hours, which keeps them entertained and gives them the necessary exercise. It's impressive to watch how they easily jump back on if they happen to fall off, and they navigate the different features, like the ladder and swings, with great agility. Following my veterinarian's recommendations, I've removed the sandpaper perch, which I believe contributes to their overall well-being. I also prioritize their safety by supervising their playtime. As for the playstand itself, it is both safe and easy to assemble, coming with all necessary components. The quality is exceptional, and it provides the right size for my two parakeets. I particularly appreciate the removable stainless steel cups for their seed and water, making maintenance straightforward. Additionally, its aesthetic design complements my space beautifully!

Definitely a good purchase, sturdy but would not buy it for a bird that lives to chew wood lol bc they don't sell extra parts. Very easy to put together. You may get confused by two pieces that the manual shows as the screw hole is in the middle of the wood,but the holes are closer to the top which makes more sense for the design. This playground is a really taller than the other one available for $65, I bought two of each and like this cheaper one better.

Firstly, the cons: 1. The tray below is much too small. I knew this before purchasing the playstand, and made a point of putting paper around the cage and covering the tray area, including the wood portions, to collect the poop. Realistically, I consider this a design flaw. However, the base is large enough to insure the structure is stable; it's just too small to collect the poop. 2. The swing is too small for cockatiels. Again, this was obvious at the time of purchase. I bought a suitable one as soon as the playstand was assembld and I could confirm the measurements for the perch area. 3. Assembly directions. They were fairly good. LIke at least one other person, there was some taking apart and shifting of parts before it was correctly assembled. A bit more clarity would be adviseable. 4. I do not like the type of clip they use to attach items to the wood. This style has a record of injuring hook bills when they play/investigate them. Mine have totally ignored them so far. If this continues, all will be fine. Pros: It is designed for birds of cockatiel size. The perch sizes and ladder sizes are correct. My cockatiels enjoy most of it. I don't think of it as a play area so much as another area to sit at different levels and perhaps ring a bell and play with the plastic chain. It is a place to fly to and away from, getting more exercise and mental stimulation. Their primary areas of interest are from the green perch in front up to the third level. I do see them sitting individually on the ladder suspended from the top. Snow will go down the side of the topmost ladder from the third level to the second. Both like the horizontal ladder swing. The primary perches used are the third level front horizontal bar and the second level side perches, plus, of course, the horizontal ladder swing. I consider this a good addition to their official area.

It offers lots of places to go and climb. I did do some personalization by adding extra hooks and adhesive wrap for grip and a shelf for a nice flat perch. I have super weak wrists but was able to put it together in 20 minutes because of all the pre-drilled holes. We had to tighten them and I wrapped a couple of connections with extra adhesive for support. Overall, highly recommend totally worth the price.

I bought this and just got it. It was extremely easy to build and easy to follow the instructions. It didn’t take me that long, maybe like 20 minutes. My bird seemed to love it he’s still getting used to it and seems very sturdy/stable. It looks so cute and the size is is just how you see it in the picture. I would say this is safe for any birdy! I got the 4 layers and it is tall but worth it!

I waited months before doing this review because I wanted to see how long it would last. Well, it’s lasted almost a year and the only issue I have is that, despite how tight the screws are, this thing is so shaky. It’s easy to clean though and my African Grey and Indian Ringneck love it.

Easy enough to put together, all my birds love it enough to use it daily (2 ringnecks, 1 sun conure, 1 green cheek conure), and it's plenty sturdy for birds of this size. And it's a great value for the size - big perches and playstands can be so expensive. Some of the items are more appropriate for smaller birds than mine but that's okay, I can add my own toys, as one would need to do over time anyway. I think I'll wrap some parts with vet tape and replace some of the clips on the toys, which I'm perfectly happy to do at this price point. Very glad we bought it and would recommend.

Had this for awhile now, birds like it but they don’t really “play” on it,, Have 2 cocktails, they’re out of cage most of the day, have a coffee table perch but needed something extra, sits on my living room floor. Gets poop all over it after a few months but it’s easy to clean (use my shower live in apartment ) and drys fast. Can hang toys and/or treats on it

Some of the holes that are predrilled were drilled in way too low for the other poles to be screwed into meaning I had to manually make new holes for at least 3 of the poles for me to attach them like in the instructions. The green nail tripper perch predrilled hole wasn't put in straight by the manufacturer so now it's also not aligned meaning the dropping my birds do dont catch in the dish. Its also hard to see where to put some of the poles go due to the instructions being super small pictures for references of the numbered poles, so it took a while to figure out where everything went. Besides that I love the fact it came with a little screwdriver for the screws and the playstand overall is sturdy for my two nandays and jenday to be on at once without any toppling. The size is worth the money, I'm 5'3 and it comes up to my bust from the floor alone so it's perfect to put on a table besides the cages. I wouldn't put anything bigger than a ringneck on it though as it would probably fall otherwise.
