I purchased this product to check for boost leaks in my Duramax LMM turbo system. The tester did not fit the boot of an aftermarket hot side pipe. I tough it was the tester and decided to return the product. Even though I had the shipping label on hand, Dave contacted me to find out what happened with the boost leak tester. I explained that the tester did not fit the turbo hot side boot. Dave and I troubleshot the issue, and he shipped free of charge a different turbo side boot. I received the new boot within three days and tested the turbo system. I found one boost leak in one of the cold side boots due to the clamp being a little bit loose. I don’t leave many reviews, but Dave earned my review and respect. The boost tester is top quality. I recommend this product to anyone. Thank you, Dave!

Nice quality but the base is a little to short to manipulate into the hotside to get a tight clamp. I went to home depot and MacGyver a simple pipe extension and extra clamps to make it easier to work for me.

The quality control is horrible. They charge you $40-50 for a hose with cheap connectors that leaks. Difficult to hear boost leaks over the connectors noise of leaking air!
