Bought these last winter to be able to have easy resistance training while away for winter, and very portable - easy to pack and bring by car or plane. I used them all winter and they are good quality, easy to use and the different resistance levels came in handy depending on the exercise or body part I was working. I highly recommend. I also like the carry bag to keep them together when traveling. Next year I’ll skip bringing the easiest band as I didn’t use it, but I used the rest. I also like the attachments that allow you to us it in a door frame.

The media could not be loaded.  This is great gear to quick off any workout goal. I recently purchased these Resistance Bands and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The set comes with color coded five bands of increasing resistance, which can be used in combination to provide higher weight. The lowest weight is 10lbs. and the highest is 50lbs. The kit also includes a door anchor for creating points at various heights to pull or press against, two grippy handles, and two padded ankle straps. Overall, I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a versatile and high-quality resistance band set to add to your workout. It also comes with a neat bag to put all the bands back inside and keep it all in one place and organized.

great for anyone who is too anxious to go to the gym. I just think the ankle equipemtn is hard to set up

Finally, got to try out these resistance bands since purchasing them a while ago. It was easy to setup and then use.Although, I wasn’t going hardcore the bands seemed to hold up fairly well for what I was doing. All in all I believe I made a good choice in purchasing these resistance bands to aid in my workouts.

Nothing to dislike love love these bands give a great workout from my office use multiple times during the day to help stretch and relieve tension through my back and neck as well as strengthening my arms and legs all from the convenience ofmy work without pain or paying for costly gym membership

Originally I had given these bands a bad review because after about two months of normal use, one developed a tear. But then something interesting happened: I spoke to the company and got a great customer service response. The broken band was replaced right away! The other bands have been working great, and I have some even older ones from this company that are still going strong. So I think I just had a fluke with that one band.I'm glad it was resolved so easily, because other than that one incident, I love these things. After a rotator cuff injury, it took me a long time to feel safe enough to do exercises again, and these bands were a perfect re-introduction to get me moving. The multiple sizes mean you can work your way up gradually--and the multiple handles (and ankle straps) mean you have a ton of versatility in how you use them. And they are so much cheaper than gym fees (or buying weights for yourself)!

The ad was fairly adamant that the odor would be minimal on these, but the grips contain a very strong chemical smell that has not gone away in months. It leaves my hands smelling badly so I am fearful of using them, mostly.The bands themselves are on par with the quality that you'd expect from a product at this price point, it is fair.Overall, it is a decent value and would have been rated higher if not for the smell (which I thought I was avoiding per the statements on the ad).

Recommended by my PT to help help with shoulder pain near the rotator cuff. Very versatile as well.

It's nice product easy to use and it's durable. high in quality using for many month.

The products arrived early. The bands are really well made and the hook attachments make them really easy to attach but they also make me feel a lot safer because the hooks are not just attached with a knot at the end which always made me uneasy on my other set. Very happy with this buy.

The product looks very gimmicky. I've used a similar product before at my friend's place. And I expected a similar quality of this product. But this one was really bad in terms of quality, and also it came in a bubble wrap without any normal branding/packaging. Seemed like someone had used it before. Please do not get this particular product!
