The esomeprazole absorbs quickly and provides relief. Nexium advertises that esomeprazole has more bioavailability than generic omeprazole. I am not sure if this is true, but the product works well for me. Nexium is also able to provide a smaller capsule than generic omeprazole, which is easier to swallow -- important when you have acid reflux and are swallowing a pill first thing in the morning. In terms of the seller, the product arrived on the early part of the delivery window and was as advertised. I did not have any problems with quantity or packaging as other customers did. Also, the expiration date on the medicine is not for over a year and a half, so the pills will be long gone before then. Would deal with again and again!
