Perfect for my needs when I’m traveling and can’t take the large container one with me

I did some research and really like the quality/ science behind this product, however I have IBS-C and an extremely hard time finding products that work for me. Unfortunately, this cramped my tummy and didn’t help with my constipation :( I do have a very sensitive stomach though, so I do think it’s worth a try if your body typically responds well to supplements!

REcommended by my surgeon. This product has not produced unwanted gas. It has probiotics and works well. I mix a scoop in my morning coffee and it does not alter the taste or texture. A great way to get the needed fiber in our diets. I'm on a subscription to make sure I don't run out.

I've been purchasing the original Sunfiber, and I really like it. I decided to try this one that includes prebiotics as well as probiotics. To be honest, I'm not sure if the prebiotic one is making any difference, but I like the fact that it has both. Still dissolves with no thickening. I add it to coffee in the morning.

I’ve been use this for a while now.. works pretty good.
