This has made an improvement on my sons legs. He’s been using this for a month and he’s able to now touch the rim of his basketball hoop. Consistency makes a difference .

I bought it for my 15y’ old son, he is like 5’7” and the green bands seemed the right ones but they are too long for his legs so I had to make a nude so they get shorter and he could flex his knees like it’s supposed to… but besides that I’m glad with the product, it’s a good tool to exercise and improve his sport skills, it’s good quality material

This a quality product that serves it purpose.

The pull on them is very light so you'd need to do an hour long session to get a slight bonus in workout results. The material is a bit heavy and not well breathable so your midsection will most likely sweat a good deal. However for what the product is, it works. If you want light and easy then I recommend it.

Super cute, flexible, and it seems like it will hold up decently. I've already used it a decent amount, and I still really like it.

I have a size 36 (US) waist, a normal sized waist for an adult male. The trainer requires the that the velcro connect for it to work but in reality it is probably 12 inches or more too short to connect with my waist size. Besides that the build quality seems very good, too bad I cant try it out!
