The charging station for my I phone doesn’t work

My hubby bought me one for my desk and one for my nightstand, for Christmas. I absolutely LOVE them. They are so easy to use and I love the multiple lighting options. When he is trying to sleep I can turn the light down or change the type of lighting with a gentle slide or tap. I also love that it comes with a USB so I can plug my phone in. I have to take my case off of my phone to get it to charge on the cordless charger but that is my phone case, not the lamp. Highly recommend.

I like the different Kelvin settings, the output, the wireless charging and the three way wired charging (especially the last one). Two things I do not like: the head does not swivel left or right on its axis (just the base of the whole unit) and the bottom hinge isn’t strong enough to hold the head up when stretched out very far.

I liked that this lamp had a wireless charger on the stand for cell phones, but it does not charge my phone very well when I use the wireless feature so I have to charge my phone using a cord. I will get the message that my phone is charging but the battery level doesn't seem to get better. I have tried multiple times with the same outcome. The light also seems to flicker a little when I have the setting to the dimmest. If you have the light on, the area where you need to touch the base to take the light off is not luminated, so if I have laying down I have to sit up and look closer for the area to take it off, which you just touch that area of the base. There is a icon there but it is the same color as the base and it is hard to see the outline of the icon. When the light is off though, the icon is lit up and easy to see where you have to touch to turn it on.

UPDATE:Seller sent me a new lamp free of charge - this one arrived intact, does not wobble, and the touch charging pad seems to work just fine! 5/5 for customer service and I'm pretty happy with the lamp as wellOriginal:The lamp arrived fully packaged but when I removed the protective wrapping the movable arm was broken with exposed wires. I was able to mostly slide the pieces back together, but there are still wires exposed. The base also seems wobbly (attempted multiple surfaces) and the wireless charger portion does not work (attempted multiple phones). Since I probably won't use it all that often it will probably fit my needs but pretty disappointed.

I bought one of these for my primary home and was very satisfied with it -- albeit, there was a small scratch in the vertical arm from the electric plug terminals -- all due to a crappy packaging job at the factory. It wasn't visible from my desk chair so I kept it. Easy solution is for the manufacturer to put protective plastic covers on the outlet prongs so they will not scratch the fixture arm. Hello!!!So I decided to order another lamp for our second home office desk. It arrived in very nice condition, however, the base was warped. Unreal!! I returned it and reordered a replacement. The second lamp also had a warped base. It would rock on any surface I placed it on. Unreal. I refused to go through the time and hassle of returning the second defective lamp so I found a tiny rubberized shim to place under one of the "feet" to level it out. Amazon will be getting some negative feedback from me.Unfortunately, Amazon too often relies on sourcing a huge amount of it's items from China and in doing so, sells a bunch of poorly made crap. It's a roll-the-dice buying experience.

True advertising

This was a gift for my 9 year old grandson. He loves it on his desk. Takes very little room. Light dims/brightens at the touch of a finger. Several charging ports and can charge iPhone wirelessly. Would easily recommend.

Cumple con lo que venden, no es la mejor calidad pero ilumina muy bien y excelente diseño. Inestable cuando se gira la base.

Solo tiene un pequeño problema cuando giras la lámpara para cualquiera de sus lados se va de lado con el peso.

Producto se desarma y no se sostiene la lámpara además no carga ningún celular, muy mal producto y para devolverlo tengo que pagar gasto de envío… muy insatisfecha con esta lámpara

La lampara como tal muy buena, mas si te interesa el cargador inalambrico, este no funciona bien, es.muy dificil de ubicar el telefono para que cargue y cuando lo logras no es consistente el contacto, se desconecta aun sin moverlo
