Peanut Chews Original Dark Bar .6oz (Pack of 24)

I heard these mentioned by a friend of mine, Raymond, and just had to try them out for myself to see what the fuss was all about. Very glad I did, they are fantastic. Kind of small but not expensive. The box says three for .99c which feels roughly about right for the size. Two in each package. They taste a bit like a chewy but slightly less sweet Snickers bar. The peanut, chocolate, caramel combo. I love snickers, my favorite candy bar, so these are really right up my alley. The box says dark chocolate which I was kind of wondering how that would taste, but its not a strong dark chocolate taste and you really don't notice that at all. Dark chocolate is probably one of the reasons they are slightly less sweet than other chocolate bars. Im not always a fan of dark chocolate, dark chocolate can even be a bit bitter sometimes but not in this case at all. Great balance of flavors, nearly perfect in fact. Only problem really is that I'm fairly sure this box wont last very long.

Theses are the same we had as kids! So hard to find now. The taste brings back childhood memories and tastes even better than I remember. Rich and dark chocolate and nuts make it just sweet enough but not too sweet!

I grab one to take on a hike for a low calorie (80) snack. I like there are 2 in the package. I eat one and yea I still have another!

Candy is always good, but box came destroyed and the candy inside was squished down. Product itself was good.

I agree with many of the viewers about the value of this product. As an old Philly boy, I've been eating this treat for many, many years. Beyond the scam on this delicious goody, I received no notification of shipment or delivery. They sent chocolate candy via USPS in August. It was stuck in my mailbox to further melt. I didn't even receive it in a box; the itsy-bitsy bars were bound together with shipping tape! I usually read the reviews and always consider the 1s and 2s, which usually prove correct. I didn't this time and paid the price. The whole gooey mummy-taped mess went into garbage! And by the way, I've been a very active buyer from Amazon from the very beginning and I never wrote a review, although there were many products and qualities on which I should have. Amazon needs to get rid of this supplier!

yummy. these are tiny, narrow bars, not full sized. I did not read description carefully enough.
