Grounding Sheets with Grounding Cord,Organic Cotton Conductive Silver Fiber,Grounding Improve Sleep (35X59inch)

I bought the size 35x59 inch. I have a queen size bed and I placed the grounding sheet across my bed, not quite in the middle, more towards the foot of the bed. I contemplated putting it just on my side so my whole body lays on it, but I like the feel of my regular sheets (Jersey cotton), so I laid it out crossways so that my legs are on the grounding sheet. I plugged the cord into the sheet as well as the ground outlet next to my bed. I feel rested and restored after sleeping on the grounding sheet. It is made out of 95%organic cotton 5%silver fiber. It is a flat sheet with no way to attach it to the bed. Some nights when I move around a lot, the sheet gets bunched up and sometimes my legs go under the sheet instead of on top. I think it works either way though, since the concept is to have your body in contact with the sheet. Is there any scientific proof these grounding sheets work? I don't know the answer to that, but I do know that I have slept better since putting it on my bed. Either way, I am happy with my purchase. I can wash and dry (on low heat) as needed. It says not to iron it, but no worries, I don't iron anything anyhow.

I had high hopes for this grounding sheet. About a week after I put it on the bed my husband and I both realized that we were having bad headaches. I took it off and they went away. Not sure how it why but this sheet made us feel worse not better.

I bought this totally expecting it to fail. First full 8 hours using it I was able to fall asleep with very little effort, which is a chore for me normally. I woke with decreased pain which was a plus. I would recommend this to anyone that has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep.

It seems to have improved my sleep.

We tried grounding sheets but they were too small. This one however was amazing it fits great easily cleaned and does everything that is described we love this sheet so comfortable

This does not work. If anything it caused achiness in my body. I returned both of these.

Feel rested, cleans easily, performs as advertised. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I guess I was expecting more. The description says sheet, and it was for sure a sheet. There is no way to attach it to the bed, so I was constantly waking up to make sure I was even on it. It is very soft. It is very comfortable. It bunches and moves.I got it to help with pain, sleep quality and hbp....pain is better, sleep quality is not any better, and I guess it will take longer for hbp changes.Maybe will try a grounding matt?
