Faulty scanner and refund $ unacceptable
Constant paper jam. Requested a refund. Had to pay shipment and got charged $28.20 return fees incurring over $40 loss, WHY? The seller claimed I didn't return the original box. FYI.....The scanner didn't come with the original box. It was wrapped in a bubble plastic and put in plain brown box. I return whatever came in the boxed. I doubled checked to make sure the power cable, USB cable and CD (which was was not the original software CD either-Just blank looking with NOTHING on it says installation software) and of course the scanner as received.The Seller claimed I changed my mind and that was an incorrect statement. Even a phone courtesy was not received.The seller also claimed the scanner was tested there is absolutely no issue with this scanner. No jam, no defect. I still have the different scans that the scanner scrambled on my desk waiting to retape them since are my receipts for my business for taxes and filling purpose.I just looked on other reviews and this scanner seem to have the same issues I had and quality not as described. But if seller feels their action is justifiable, we will have to agree to disagree.Note to self NEVER to buy anything from you EVER again!

Works well but finicky with multiple pages.
This works well. It was a little bit of a pain to download the correct software, probably because this was a refurbished unit. It does have trouble with multiple sheets when the paper has a certain texture. When this happens and it jams up, I crinkle the top edge of each sheet in a different spot to make sure that they can separate easily.

The easiest scanner ever
This scanner is so easy to use! It also scans double sided, which is great, especially when scanning utility bills. I use it all the time and wish I bought it sooner.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MAC
Too old. Should no longer be sold. My fault for not specifically determining that it is not compatible with MAC. I was looking for a simple and affordable scanner only that has wireless capability. For the price of the scanner only options; you may be better off buying a printer scanner even if you don't need another printer like me.
