Awesome Product
I purchased this product for a Hawaii trip with high hopes that it would work better than my traditional snorkel gear. The trip was a blast using the SeaFin Mask in both the ocean and the hotel pool. I got a large for myself and a small to be shared by my wife and 8 year old daughter.A big improvement we noticed putting on the masks were the soft adjustable nylon straps. Normal goggles have those rubberized straps which make taking it on and off your head painful when your hair gets pulled. My wife was very pleased about that difference. Once it’s on, it’s comfortable and makes a great seal without being too tight on the face. When going underwater the view is awesome and there is minimal fogging. The water stopper that plugs the snorkel when you go under also work pretty well. Even when there was a trickle of water inside, it just filters down the side channels and exits near the mouth vent. All in all, I’m satisfied with the purchase and think it was worth the price for the enjoyment my family and I got out it. I’ll be buying an additional size small in the future so my wife and daughter don’t have to split time sharing on our next vacation. As a nice touch, Shark Gear followed up with nice email to make sure everything went well and we enjoyed the product.

I love it!
I absolutely love this snorkel mask. I have recently returned to regular lap swimming. While I am fine with just goggles when I swim on my back, I am not that great at effectively taking breaths when I am swimming. So after weeks of just swimming on my back, I decided to invest in this mask. I love it! It fits so well, and it really does a great job of letting me breathe comfortably while swimming. So glad I purchased it.

The mask works, but there's a newer version that's better
First, these masks work. It worked for me, my mother, and my wife. They are really only for floating, as many have mentioned. If you dive, the mask will smash up to your face within 3' or 4'. A standard mask doesn't compress too much until you get down to 10'+. You need to make sure it's tight and you'll be fine. Now for the reason it isn't 4 or 5 stars. First, I bought another mask from another company that is a newer version (v2) of these full face masks that came out in the last 6 weeks or so. They have a longer snorkel (8.5" vs. 5.5") and they changed the design of the mouth area slightly. It's minor, but it seems to not compress as much if you go under a few feet. Second, I cannot tell a difference in these masks at all in terms of design and build. Outside of a longer snorkel and firmer plastic in the nose/mouth, they are identical. The straps, mask, silicone seal, o-rings, etc...maybe they are different in some tiny way I can't see, but if you set them side by side, you would say they came from the same factory. It seems telling that the only place it mentions a logo or name on either is the snorkel. Slap a label on it post manufacturing and you're there. I would strongly recommend the new version of these masks, and shop around for the best price. I can't tell a difference between any of the retailers.

Awesome Full Face Snorkel Mask
I love to snorkel when we go on vacation but have a hard time getting comfortable in the water in the traditional mask with the snorkel in my mouth, just don't like it. I bought this mask for our vacation that we just got back from and it was AMAZING! You could breath normal with the mask and I was comfortable with it on the first time I put my face in the water (normally it takes me about 5 times to put my face in the water without feeling like I am going to hyperventilate). The waves were a little rough on our snorkel trip and I never worried about tasting the salt water with this face mask, it never fogged up and you could see so good in the water. A definite must for people who like to snorkel and don't like to have the traditional snorkel gear (I don't dive down in the water, so if you do that I am not sure how it would work if you do that).

Awesome product!
Having a full beard, I was relieved to see that there was a snorkeling option that wouldn't require me to either shave my beard of gunk up my face to create a seal in a conventional mask. I've used the full face mask from Shark Gear and find it to be nothing short of amazing! The seal it makes is nearly perfect, and what little leakage I had before I got the hang of it was easily eliminated through the vale at the base. I haven't had a fogging issue at all, and once you get used to the freedom of breathing any way you want, it becomes natural to use it. Well worth the money!

It's comfortable, 98
I bought this because I'm tired of water leaking into a regular snorkel mask simply because I choose to have a mustache. It looked a bit small, right out of the box, but when I tried it on at a pool, it seemed large, and I thought leaking would be an issue. However, I was EXTREMELY surprised after I put it on in a pool there is minimal leakage (mainly because of hair around my temples) but I swam around for a solid 15 minutes without needing to "come up for air" or to empty water from inside. Seriously, you could wear this thing for hours. It's comfortable, 98.7% water tight and the visibility is outstanding. The snorkel itself has a device inside it so when you come up after a dive, there is no need to blast water from it like a whale, just breathe normally. The included information cards in the box said it's good for dives down to around 10 feet, which is just about right for a snorkeling trip. I WOULD recommend getting one if you have a mustache and are tired of constantly having to surface, or loading your "stache" up on Vaseline, just to get a good seal with a regular mask. (If my GF likes it, I'll be ordering another one, FOR SURE!!!
