What is the difference between this one, the 35723 and the 8930OB ?

The 35723 has a 47mm case. The 89300B has a 40mm case. Everything else appears equal. Personally, I love Invicta watches and have several.

If I buy an invicta watch off of Amazon, is it real?

Yes. If you buy an Invicta watch on Amazon it will be authentic. I really don't think anyone is making counterfeit Invicta brand watches.
