Great way to track and dispense pills
I’ve been using this for a few months and it is worth every penny! It not only helps me track when I have not taken my supplements, but it holds a TON in each compartment. The only complaint I have would be that the little paper disc they put in it to mark the days of the week is a little flimsy and tough to get positioned correctly. That could maybe use an improvement, but overall this thing is absolutely amazing.

Haven't missed my meds since getting this!
Man, I'm so happy with this thing! I have not forgotten about taking my meds once since getting this a few weeks ago... I have ADHD and this is HUUUUUUGE. I hung it on the wall beside my bed at eye level... literally can't avoid seeing it. Coupled with a reminder alarm on my phone, I'm actually doing great about staying on schedule for the first time in my life. The unit is very easy to use/load. One tip I have: When you're loading it, screw the lock down on top (the orange dial thingy) to prevent it from spinning if you accidentally get jostled by a pet or something. The only thing I don't like about it: I now have this physical reminder of how fast time flies! 🤣 I load mine on Thursday nights and man I never realized how fast the week goes by until this lol. Anyway so far so good. I would definitely recommend trying it out. It's so much better being wall mounted than those cases you can buy that I would just put in a drawer and forget about. An idea for the next upgrade? Add a digital alarm that you can set to go 2x a day. Or an app? And try to keep the price where it is because it's at the upper limit of my tolerance and I'm sure a lot of people.

This made sticking to my pill routine much easier - great for both convenience and record-keeping.
I can think of no better way to take my medications now. I'm someone who has a bevy of daily prescriptions - 4 in the morning, and 4 at night - I love using this because of the convenience of not having to open and dose every single pill bottle each time I need to take my meds. As someone who is both clumsy and a pet owner, I think it's a lot safer than doing the above, as well - I can take all the risk of dropping and losing a pill all at once, then not have to worry about it. Also, if I ever feel like I've missed a dose, I can glance at it and see if the medications are still present or not, taking the guesswork out of forgetting to take my pills. The safety arm that stops dispensing is great too, and prevents my cats from accidentally dropping medication. I'll admit, this isn't a perfect product - the mechanism still has some give even when the safety arm is down, and the wall mounting mechanism could use some work (the unit still shakes around quite a bit despite having a good grip on the upper hook). However, this has so drastically improved my ability to stick to my medication - so much so that I can't give it anything less than 5 stars. For those on lots of medications, BUY THIS! You won't regret it. It truly changed everything for me, I've never been more consistent with my therapies.

Solid Alternative to Hero
I'm admittedly pretty bad about taking my meds. Some of them are for ADHD, which means I forget them, and when I forget them I keep forgetting them... I considered getting a Hero dispenser, the little robotic, automated dispenser guy, but the price is steep and it's a subscription. This does the important stuff. It holds meds. It's dispenses meds. The lock on the side is nice to keep the trigger from getting bumped. I haven't had issues with losing pills when they drop into the cup. The cup itself might be a problem for folks with grip issues, but you can use whatever you're able to. I like the wall mount too, I can keep it somewhere I see it and make sure I grab my meds on my way out the door. I'd say it'd be helpful if you're caring for an older adult too, but it'd depend on what's going on. Memory, like remembering to take pulls or not double doses could be hit or miss, dexterity I think this would absolutely be a good option. It has 14 slots, so it could be challenging if they have meds more than twice a day. I'm a fan though, this has made a huge difference for me.

Great concept and good execution but some visual issues
This is a GREAT pill dispenser. It makes it easier to remember to take your pills, easier to access your pills, and easier to refill your pills. However, I have a few aesthetic problems with it. I would agree with others that the best option is the white see-through because it's the most see-through to see your pills, where you're at in the week and before it needs refilling, etc, but I do think and agree with others that it should be completely see through, because you can hardly see the included day of the week tracker. Or maybe the day of the week ring should have more contrast or a bigger font so its more readable. Also, with the day of the week tracker, I appreciate that you can customize 14 days or 7 days am/pm, however, I think it could be improved. It doesnt fully fit perfectly, as you can see gaps, or its not completely even/symmetrical, and as said before it's not easily readable, but I'm not entirely sure how they could improve it. They would probably have to redesign the interiror ring if they were to change it from paper. Maybe there could be small lock in plastic day of the week labels for all 14 containers in the interior wall. The biggest thing for me personally, is since this dispenser needs to be hung up, it's basically a decor piece, and every model includes a BRIGHT orange. I'm not sure why this choice was made? I considered DIYing it, covering at least the handle, which is the biggest piece of orange, to like a grey or white or black or any neutral or even any other color just less bright.... but the handle is silicone so I don't think the new color would stick to it. I'm not sure how else I could fix the bright orange besides maybe putting a sticker over it but I'm not sure how that would work, or fix the aesthetic, and it would also probably not stick great to the silicone and would also probably bring a less desirable texture to the handle when opening it. Overall, this review is more of a request to the product designers and company to potentially fix these issues or change them, because I would definitely repurchase a brand new one to have better aesthetics. I can't put anything in front of it for multiple reasons, most obvious being that it would be harder to access the pills and also much harder to view the things I wanted it to be easier to view. So I would love to like the appearance of this model more. I'm going to try to get used to the bright orange but I think it's very weird for the brightest color in my room to be my pill container that's already placed in a very obvious place. If there was another color option I think I would not be the only person interested.

If you buy it, you better use screws
Garbage. If you plan on using this device, refrain from utilizing the adhesive pads that come with. I eagerly filled my new dispenser with my pills and supplements, I then cleaned meticulously the surface onto which the device would be applied/suspended. After applying pressure for 30 seconds, I waited a while before then hanging the dispenser. Within 2 hours, I heard a crash and then spent the next 3 minutes on my knees picking up pieces of broken plastic and scattered pills. Absolute garbage.

Works great. Worth the buy
My husband takes so many pills everyday and everything fit with room to spare. No batteries required easy to mount to the wall. Came with the mounting hardware. This would be good for medications or vitamins

LOVE the idea- but one size does NOT fit all
This is a wonderful idea. It’s by far my favorite pill sorter, and I’ve used MANY different pill sorters. Pros: 1. You can hang it right at eye level, which makes it harder to forget to take your meds. Might sound silly, but for me a visual reminder can be better than setting alarms! 2. Dispensing is extremely easy for people who might have arthritis or other hand issues. 3. I wouldn’t say it’s stylish per se, but it doesn’t scream “medical” either. It’s great for people who might need their meds easily accessible, but don’t want their homes to look like a hospital. 4. Refill is easy. You don’t have to open each individual little compartment like most medication organizers. You just take the whole top off and you have access to all 14 spaces. Which is a huge deal for people with arthritis or hand pain. 5. It’s not battery operated- no replacing batteries!! Cons: 1. It is NOT airtight. This is the main reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars. I can’t really hang this in my bathroom (where I’d like to hang it) because the humidity would almost certainly cause problems. 2. It only has 14 compartments. Although I knew this prior to purchasing, it’s still disappointing that there’s not other options available. I have to take medications at 3 separate times per day, so a 14 compartment product isn’t very compatible. Despite knowing the cons prior to purchasing, I still purchased 2 of these right off the bat. I used one for my AM meds and one for my PM meds- and they’ve worked wonderfully. I just wish they made more sizes to suit different medication schedules, and that it was airtight.

Pill dossier 2.0.
This dispenser is a life saver. As someone who takes many different meds in the morning as compared to evening, this makes my life so much easier. I just need to fill it once a week and I’m good to go. It sticks to the side of my fridge for easy access.

Wonderful, easy vitamin dispenser
I haven’t hung or used this yet as it is a gift for my dad. However, I have opened it to make sure it works and how it works. It is a fabulous thing! Small enough to hang in many places, the cup it comes with to put the tablets in when you dispense them and how the dispense button is easy to press and then the barrel with rotate ready for the next days vitamins waiting to be eaten! It is a lovely thing and easy to take apart and fill up with vitamins! Hopefully will attach to the wall nicely when I get to it (it comes with wall attachments too!)
