I only received this yesterday and have only used twice so far but definitely so far so good 😊 lovely colour, great size, no nasty smell and very well made, heats up quickly in about 70 seconds and holds the heat for around 10-15 minutes, I’m using it for my shoulder and it really soothing, obviously it can’t cure a frozen shoulder but it certainly can ease pain when using, haven’t tried it in the freezer yet but if that’s good too I will buy another to have one for heat and the other for cold.
