I like it.
I really like it. It gets a sweat on forsure. Just it's a little to loud. Hard to watch TV etc when using it.

Good thus far
I got my package a couple days ago and I just used it. It was hard at first to remove links but it gets easier as you use it. It’s a good copy from the name brand hoop. It’s easy to use and I do like that it’s cheaper than most and also has more links then the name brand version. I’m plus sized female (3X/24W and 5’10) and still had to remove 4 links (currently using 28) before my 1st use. I will do the recommend 30 minutes a day and give a week update for y’all.

Stay CONSISTENT
It’s a lot cheaper here than getting it through TikTok. I used it for a few days, 30min each time and I started getting compliments about weight loss immediately (I didn’t change my diet either). Hardest part is getting motivated to do it. It ALSO gets pretty loud when you use it, sounds like someone shooting hot wheel cars on a track at high speed do be mindful
