She learned to use it very quickly, but at first she scratched it with her paws before going thru. She just blows thru it now, but the screen has scrunched up and the door pops out of its hinges sometimes when she goes thru it like a freight train. I just ordered another one; we can install the new one and take this one out for repairs, rotate them. It’s really helped with potty training.
