Are you guys using this on your inner toilet bowl and rim only? Or can it be used on the seat and other surfaces as well?

I only use it in the bowl and under the rim. The instructions for use only describe squirting under the rim and inside the bowl.

Does the under-rim dispenser lid work properly? There aren't many brands that squirt up other than nasty ones like Lysol & Clorox!

Yes, the under-rim dispenser squirts up just like the nasty ones. But, it isn't nasty.

Is this safe for septic tanks?

our antibacterial toilet bowl cleaner can be used with septic systems.

Is this spearmint scent?

great question – this is spearmint scented.
