Took a little less than a year for some of the ports to stop working. The cords that came with it failed before the ports did – not surprising as you can’t get original manufacturer/quality “short” cords. You could try plugging in your regular long cords but that kind of negates part of the reason you have this thing. Either way, 1.5 years and we’re down to 3 out of 7 of the ports actually functioning no matter what cords we try. To the point where we've taped over them because we grew tired of plugging stuff in and it not charging.The thing turning into a brick is my main complaint and reason for my review score. Now for the nitpicking…The slots for the tablets are basically sized for the tablet only or maybe a tablet with a super thin case. We have 3 different style cases and none fit into the slots all that great. Not a big deal as the “opening book” style case can be placed in there while opened into the next slot but still kind of annoying.Notice the plug for the unit itself isn’t featured very heavily in the pictures? That’s because it’s monstrous. SUPER long cord with a giant pack on it. If you’re looking to put this on a counter to save cord mess, the device itself is a cord mess.If I have anything good to say about it - it does a good job doubling as a mail holder.

I anxiously awaited the arrival of this charging station after I ordered it. When I got my hands on it, I had it up and working in minutes! Very easy to set up...it doesn’t take up a lot of room either.Before using this station, I had six USB plugs in a surge protector and cords all tangled up for days in a corner near my couch. Now, I have the short cords that go with my devices and most everything fits in the slots.What could be better is a little bit wider slots or make a couple removable. Because not everyone charges only tablets and phones. I primarily use it for battery back ups and Kindles (that don’t fit if left in their covers).But based on what is out there, I’d buy this again.

I wish I had looked a little more closely to this unit. It's not bad - and it's extremely tidy looking but the problem I have is that the little dividers are not removable. I had another one picked out that I switched, and chose this one because it has 7 ports instead of 5. Slot dividers that are not removable just mean that your device MUST be the width of the slot, which is rather narrow. While it works great with an iPad or device that has no case, we don't own any such units in this house. All our units (one for each child) have very sturdy cases, so I had to get creative when placing them into the slots. If I lift the flap on the cases that have a closing cover, I can get them to fit. One of my devices does not have a cover, but it has very thick bumpers all the way around. That one has to be jammed down between the slots. This whole set up is not ideal, and it means that the kids can't put away their own device, but it still works and it's still tidy.I will keep this unit simply because I don't want to deal with another return, but if this one ever fails or I get fed up with it, I will be more careful to the slot details.If you don't have thick cases on your devices this unit will be perfect. It really does keep the table top cleaner, and it does send power to the units so it's not all bad. Just not what I was really looking for.

This is amazing! The kids have a tablet, my wife has a tablet, my wife, older son, and I all have phones. Now we can put them all in one place to charge them and not forget where they are. I was surprised that I could charge all 5 of our devices at one time and they all charge fast and fully! In fact, even when filling up the racks with friends' phones and/or tablets, the charge time does not slow down and the charging station does not get hot! This is a fantastic item for all families, or even for single people who like to have their friends and/or family over,

In our family, we have 3 iPads, 1 iPhone, 2 android phones, 2 FitBits, and 1 pair of wireless headphones; we have charged all of these items at some point. The multi-port station is convenient and so much neater than having different cords in multiple outlets. I have noticed the cables get a bit warm (I hope that is normal!) so we try to unplug the items as soon as they become 100% charged. The ZiBay charging station definitely meets our needs and I would highly recommend it!

This charging station is fast! However, beware: it consistently triggered my GFCI outlet to shut the system down. Not sure if this is a concern since it is obviously pulling a lot of power. Also, there are no charging cables that come with it. You would think it would be a packaged deal. I really like the ability to charge multiple devises in one clean and convenient location. We have been using this devise for three months with no mechanical problems so far. It is good quality with strong charging power. My only complaints are that it advertised being able to hold “thick” cases, but my childrens’ foam iPad cases are too thick to fit neatly between the slots, and there is no way to remove or adjust the slot dividers. Also, the side that the cords plug into make the devices face backwards to line up the chargers, so you can’t see the screens or the charge percentages while they charge. Aside from these two design flaws, I am happy with this devise.

This product does exactly what I had hoped for. We have three active phones, one inactive phone and two tablets that get used every day. I was very tired of looking for the cords and cubes to charge each of these every night. Then finding outlets free for all of them was a nuisance. Now I have the charging station in a corner of the kitchen and it's so easy to put each of the devices on it. There are 4 phone slots and three tablet slots. You do have to buy the short charging cords separately, but they are inexpensive.
