Good question and it's pretty sad when the ingredient list just says, "Protein-rich" That is definitely a sign of either not caring, too lazy or hiding something. If being concerned about what you're feeding is being 'paranoid', fine, I'm 100% paranoid then. But the reality is that I care about what I'm feeding my cat with allergies, it's a shame others don't seem to care about theirs.

Q: Has anyone noticed if this food has helped with shedding? My cat sheds an unholy amount of hair for one cat so i need something to help with that.

I would suggest that you switch from feeding your cat dry food to wet food only. I used to feed my cat this food and then completely changed her diet. She is super healthy and a good weight. Her fur is gorgeous and she rarely itches.
