I got everything connected to my light bar but the blue lights stay on on switch even w/ignition off. Is there a way to fix that?

You can eliminate the 2 pins on the right side when facing you. Just run the top ground, constant power in the middle, signal/relay on the bottom. you don't have to use the jumper wires it comes with. The only thing the "Light Bar" word will not light up, but when turned on the light bar symbol will light up and so will the light.

Can this be wired so the switch is only lit with the vehicle on but will allow the light bar to be powered on with the vehicle off?

Mine is wired directly to the battery. The light bar can be turned on without the vehicle being on or the keys in the ignition.

Does this switch fit in the dash where there's a blank?

If there is a switch “blank” on your dash, just cut it out. Cut it a little small and file to fit. If you don’t have a “blank”, just pick a spot and go from there.
