Great spice!
I got this for making my cucumber kimchi. I loved it! Great flavor! It added the right amount of heat I wanted. If i want more heat just add more of this spice! This is versatile for any kimchi I choose to make. I just really love the cucumber kimchi! This spice seeded to be very fresh, beautiful, bright color, wonderful aroma This was my first time purchase of this spice and I'll do it again. I was so glad to have found it here on Amazon! I feel I got great value for my money! I highly recommend this spice!

Great quality and taste
Great quality and smells fresh and delicate. Not overly spicy but does provide a warm heat to my kimchi.

Perfection!
First of all, itโs so pretty! Itโs a beautiful and refined coarse powder. The texture doesnโt feel coarse in your mouth though. The flavor is immaculate with just the perfect amount of heat. I put mine in the freezer to keep it fresh as is recommended. It has a bright fresh flavor and enhances all of the other flavors around it.

Good, but pretty mild
This stuff tastes good, but (to me) it's very mild. The color is a gorgeous red that POPS! It's a very versatile pepper seasoning. I use it in more than just Korean cooking. I'd definitely like it if it were a bit spicier though!
User
Very spicy, add slowly.
First attempt at making kimchi. I definitely used too much but my kimchi turned out well with a good flavor, just too spicy.
