I can do my healthy salads in minutes. It glides across the veggies like butter. You can have nice long juliennes with it. Cleanup is so easy, just wash it under the tap or throw it in the dishwasher. It saves up a lot of space by simply put it in the drawer or hang it up to dry. I can use it for veggie pasta  veggie noodles. Fresher and lighter and much healthier. It is a must have in the kitchen.
