After i take 2 capsules daily as suggested by blood pressure drops from the range 140/150 to 125/135. I waited 3 weeks before post the review to make sure of the results. If a day i do not take the capsules , pressure rise again.

I could try to increase the dose to compensate for the body adjustment but the body will adjust again and I will have to increase the dose again, which I do not want.
