Is this the same thing as adrenevive?

How long before you are able to tell a difference?

Every one is different, so results will vary; a lot depends on how burned out your adrenals are. Age, diet and genetic predispositions  are contributing factors as well. Stress levels, of course, are critical also. 
  One common symptom of compromised adrenal function is being lethargic and tired upon arising and having more energy at night.
I take this product and it has helped me more than many others I have tried. Also a plus for me,at least, is they are using vegetable cellulose capsules.

Are the mg amounts for 1 capsule or 2? The label is confusing the way it's worded.

Dear Customer, the Supplement Facts panel of Dr Maxwell Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, L-Theanine contains two columns. The first column is "Per Serving (1 Capsule) and shows the mg amounts for one capsule. The second column is "Per Day (2 capsules)" and shows the mg amounts per two capsules. The label side with the Supplement Facts can be found amount the product images of the listing.

Without a robust clinical test you cannot say which one is better, yet here are a couple of strong points for Dr. Maxwell to consider: clinically proven ingredient amounts for each ingredient, the only inactive ingredient is a vegetable capsule (i.e. no fillers, no magnesium stearate and stearic acid), contains 120 capsules (60 days supply)
