Preacher Pad by ABMAT- Portable Preacher Curl Bench, Barbell & Dumbbell Biceps Triceps Isolator, Seated Arm Isolated Barbell Dumbbell Biceps Station Home Gym

I bought this for my home gym since I set my workout area into a small room. It works well as a preacher station BUT I have short arms and a short torso w/ a kind of power gut so I couldn't properly put it on my lap to use. Solution is easy enough though, I just put it on my flat bench and kneel and it's absolutely perfect.Kind of expensive piece of equipment but if you don't have the space for a preacher station, and that takes up a LOT of space, this will do the trick no problem. Build quality is excellent and the vinyl has some grip to it. The materials used seem pretty high quality and it should hold up as long as you don't abuse it.

It works for me! I am an armwrestler, and I do a lot of hammer curls, now at home with this preacher pad. Can't say anything bad about it at alle maybe it's high prices, but with no competition to lower the price, you either get it or keep waiting for something else. In the meantime, I'm very happy I got it.

Overpriced, but it does a great job. It is a great solution to save some space and it does exactly what it is suppose to do. My 15 year old approves.

I’m 6’4 and it fits me great.I tend to use a rep sackable ez curl bar and sit just outside my squat rack with this and it makes doing preacher curls with this so smooth.If you want to get that burn where you’re on the last few reps and your muscles stop till you start sounding like you’re about to go super sayan to finish out your reps, this is for you.

I thought the cushion would collapse(squish) under the weight of the EZ curl bar or dumbbells but it works very well.It's a bit awkward to get into position but once you are, this works very well. As you'd expect from a preacher bench.It doesn't take a lot of space to store so it's a great alternative to a preacher bench which wouldn't fit in my gym.

This is a $150 block of foam covered in fo leather. With that said, it’s a good space saver and alternative to buying a preacher bench. Hard to justify the price though considering what it is. There are other less expensive renditions of this, doubt the premium here is worth it tbh.

So this is not as good as a preacher bench but if you don't have space for another bench this is a perfectly viable solution. Provides good support. It's a little awkward at first but allows you to achieve a good supported curl. Can't speak to durability/longevity as I've only had it for a month.

I have been lifting for 20 years and it's very awkward getting this into position. Uncomfortable to grab the weights without it slipping out. Very disappointing after the hefty price tag.
