i’m not even kidding, my dog had the worst breath before I bought these & now he’s got the best breath a dog can have! no smell at all! & our vet said his teeth are the cleanest she’s ever seen! she asked me what I do & im shamed to admit .. it’s just this! my dog hates traditional brushing methods. he is 2 now & when he was losing puppy teeth his breath smelled really awful.. i started giving these for help chewing. & now his teeth are SO WHITE! he loves them too! easiest way to incorporate dental care for your dog. i tell my dog mom friends to buy these but they’re put off by the price. I DONT CARE! i’ll pay! they’re great 😊

I normally don't give 5 stars due to nothing is perfect. However, 4 stars just didn't do justice as these seem to really work on my dog's teeth. Have one dog who has tarter all the time and will not allow toothbrushing so these toothpaste treats seem to help do the job. Was getting these at PetSmart but saved a little money with a subscription here. Dogs like the taste and the main ingredient Astaxanthin is beneficial in many ways from my research.

This product states Soft on package. But they are not! Have break up with knife for my 12 year old Yorkie. I will say she eats the pieces and breath seems better but are they real effective in pieces?

My seven dogs go nuts for these. They absolutely love them and it is keeping their teeth healthy. I started the puppies on them as soon as I could and I started my older dogs on them after a dental cleaning at the vet. Their teeth are staying white and free of tartar. They go nuts for the taste too. I don't know what they taste like but our seven certainly love them!

Our dogs love these, one of them is super picky and since they both have dental issues, it's difficult to find dental treats that aren't too hard. Huge improvement in their breath throughout the day versus a few hours with another brand we used.

These dental chews were advertised as “soft” and for “small” dogs. They are neither. They are huge, and they are very, very hard. I couldn’t even break one with my hands. I had to use a sharp knife to cut it and even that took some effort. Upon cutting, the inside part (the “toothpaste” part) of the chew, separated from the red part. My dog weighs 12 pounds but these are way too big and way too hard for him to consume. I am concerned he might break a tooth eating one, as his teeth are very small and fragile. I was looking for a product to help keep the teeth clean and thought this would be just the thing because it is advertised as being small and being soft, which would have been perfect if only they really were! I’m going to have to give them away now to someone who has a bigger dog. These are NOT for small breed dogs!

The best chew I've found for cleaning teeth. My dog (14 yr. old nearly toothless Shih Tzu) loves them.

Gave this 2 stars cause I've given this treat to my dog before but not this size.i have a mini dachshund around 13 pds and I bought these in the small dog form this time.awile back I had bought them in the mini dog form and they were fine.but I thought the small dog form would be okay for her but they were not.they were too big for her small mouth and something with the consistency of them and the size caused them to get stuck in her teeth causing her to start choking cause she couldn't unlock her mouth due to the treat being stuck in the back teeth.it was very scary.thank God I managed to get it out.so if you have a small dog with a tiny mouth I'd recommend getting the mini form of these treats for them cause they do work to help with dental and breath issues.
