rePotme Phalaenopsis Monterey Dark Imperial Orchid Potting Mix (Standard Bag)

Very happy with this orchid potting mix. I had to transfer the plant while it was blooming (to get it out of the wrong type of pot) and was concerned about it surviving the transfer. But it did great and the blooms are still thriving two weeks after transfer. I ordered the medium bag and used about half of it for this good sized pot

Good amount of product for the price.

Orchid bark product is easy to use in transplanting and delivers the higher levels of moisture required.

Expensive but it is good material.

This mix is handmade by an American company and I trust it for my orchids. This is much higher quality than what my orchid arrived with when I purchased it from the store. I am very impressed with this mix.

Repotted several orchids and they seem to be thriving after using this. One orchid had root rot and damage and seems to be doing well. Even has new growth starting. Have used on 3 plants so far, but have enough to do repot at least one more in a 6 inch pot. The rest are in larger pots such as 5 and 6 inch pots.

I use this exclusively for my orchids with excellent results. I also save the old mix after repotting and add it to regular potting soil to improve the drainage for other types of plants
