My Freestyle Libre 3 reader fits perfectly snug inside.it comes with a nice leather wrist lanyard but I purchased a lanyard to wear this around my neck. The neck lanyard works better for me and I’m a busy homesteader on the go constantly. This new case for my reader has reduced all my worries about losing or breaking or getting too far from my freestyle reader. So much better then it stuffed into a pocket and worrying about banging it or sitting on it through my busy days. Not to mention it frequently losing signal buried in my pockets. I’ve had it in this new case now for three days and it has not lost signal once.
