Can’t be good
I’ve been working out and taking supplements for 20+ years but this stuff does not seem good for the heart. Cause the heart to raise, body sweating, and getting the runs every time.

Website still says it’s high stimulant, but the product no longer says that on the label nor does it seem to have the same effect even the directions used to say start with a half a scoop and no longer says that either
