Such a simple product, but has done wonders for my Forward Neck Syndrome! I sleep on this as long as I can (but not overnight) to adjust my neck/spine, and it has gotten rid of the daily neck pain I used to feel. It also got rid of my chest pain by forcing my chest to open up - a problem we slouchy backs/shoulders have. I actually use it to relax my shoulder occasionally when sleeping and it worked well. Very adjustable so anyone can use it.
