And that's about it... Two same watches bought, both had the same problem. Stopped working after around 1 year. Embedded obsolescence at it's best example. Company should be fined for that practice in 2024, when we all trying to live more green rather than adding to landfill. Seriously don't bother, waste of money, save your time because braun customer service is non existent, and if it's over a year you need to contact amazon customer service.
