couldnt answer questions
if you have dissociative amnesia / extreme apathy this wouldnt be a book for you. A lot of the questions i couldnt answer and they were simple like, 'what do you miss from your childhood.'' i couldnt remember half the questions, and a lot of my answers were '' i dont know'' of course this isnt the books fault, its mine. so im just saying if you have memory problems or you keep your emotions bottled up and you put on this apathetic, cant feel nothing. you wont be able to answer the questions

Now throw it away!
The concept of this book is perfect. Write it down, then throw the page away. This helped me process grief so well. Iām not a journal kinda girl to the prompts are perfect!

This book has helped me find peace
I absolutely love this book. It has helped me clear my mind. The prompts it asks have helped me get rid of thoughts that would not leave me alone. This book has helped me more than anything else I tried to help my mental health. It has transformed my mind, it's helped remove the heavy thoughts from my mind and they haven't been back. I truly recommend this if you're struggling with your mental health as well.
