Good product worth the price can be a bit expensive good luck
This product is good for sprain model kits before you actually pay them and put the detail on. I would highly recommend the spray it was expensive but well worth every penny. I don’t have an example because the kid I got I didn’t buy from Amazon so I can’t show it good luck.

Good stuff...great coverage

Deep matt black finish
Really impressive primer. The finish is a deep, matt black and only needs one coat, which saves a lot of time when you’re priming an entire army. The can size is large and easily covered a full Warhammer Spearhead without running out.

Much better value for money!
This does the same job as the more expensive branded primers plus you get much more in a can; and you’re not compromising on the quality of the paint either. The primer itself is easy to apply, but just ensure you shake it well otherwise it’ll come out thickly and ruin the surface. It doesn’t dry quick nor slow, around a couple of hours would be fine. Just don’t leave it outside to dry or the surface will crack and turn blue!

Does the job well
Started Miniature painting, great base coat, no streaks/bubbles works very well.

Superb primer
I use this for rattle-can priming miniatures and I really like it. I actually prefer it to Citadel Chaos Black, which I had been using previously. It gives me exactly what I want from a black primer and has become my go-to when I need a straightforward matt black base coat before painting. I’ve had consistently good results with it, and I find myself reaching for The Army Painter cans more and more. To be fair, I’m a big fan of The Army Painter range generally, and this primer is a good example of why. It does the job well, the finish suits miniature painting perfectly, and for me it offers a better overall experience than the Citadel equivalent. Very happy with it and I’ll definitely keep using it.

Exactly the thing you need for model painting
Does exactly what it says in the tin. Great texture and colour for painting my models, the spray doesn’t come out lumpy, and as long as you follow the instructions on the tin, you’ll get a nice even layer ready for paints.

Horrible primer. Bad batch?
Horrible primer for miniatures. It covers badly, after putting it on you loose details and after a while white chalky cracks appear. I cleaned the models properly before applying, did everything according to instructions on the can and still got horrendous result, no smoothness at all, all details are gone and apperance is bad (look at the pictures of flame thrower). Must be bad batch (there are some good reviews), which isnt something rare as lots of people have this problem. Took 2 minutes to apply and about 3 hours to get rid of... really bad value for money. Bought some basic can of grey plastic primer (Colour it) in local store (2.99 £ for 400ml can) and had no problem with it - look at last picture)... Avoid at all cost.

Terrible product. Dried on the way out of the can and ruined some miniatures. Even at close range it's terrible. Better using Tamiya or citadel

my Painter: primer eccellente per miniature, copertura uniforme e dettagli nitidi
