And all of this must be checked and verified by the government. I add a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of strawberry and add just enough water to eat it with a spoon (like pudding), spread over whole grain flat bread, cooked oatmeal or yogurt, whatever. **Q: I was wondering if this product isheavy metal free. But any one may know the truth if really it grass fed cows?** A: If your asking, from this poorly put together sentence, if that anyone knows if this product is really from grass fed cows then nobody is going to know for certain it's just a matter of trusting the manufacturer and their reputation, if they've been around long enough to have one.
