Can I use these rollers in the hair dryer?

Yes , I bought these for my Mother , she has been using brush rollers all of her life , she just told me that she uses hers under her home hair dryer , with the pins in also . She tells me that she does it all of the time . So I would say , yes you can use them under a hair dryer .

These are 7/8" so look for any that shows 1 1/2" or larger. Make sure it shows brushes in the curler. Some don't have them and therefore don't work as well.

Re the BIG or small rollers?

Small rollers for tighter curl and big for looser curl.

Where can I get these exact rollers but in larger diameter size?

I don't know if they would be the exact brand, but I think Amazon has larger ones of this type.
