Terrible .. DONT BUY
spend hours trying to connect it to Alexa or smart life app but it fails..its only connects to smartbot app and can't access it outside this app...after alot of search i find out you need to buy another device (hub) to be able to connect to third party assistant like Alexa. Seller should mention that on description. Usless. Im returning it back

The SwitchBot Door Alarm Contact Sensor is the best of both worlds—it combines a motion sensor and a door sensor in one compact device. It's incredibly versatile and works great on windows too. Now that it's compatible with Matter, it's even better. This is hands down one of the most useful smart sensors I’ve added to my home.

Easy to install, smart to use
Smart home systems can be clunky and difficult to use, but the SwitchBot ones are great. They work well straight out of the box. There is enough customisation available in the app so you can do what you want, without it being too technical and overly complicated. Would recommend.
