I hate ironing. I counted on the good reviews and that it is almost the only portable steamer with 1800 W in UAE -which found not exactly true as in the box it is 1600 to 1800W-, I initially wanted a Conair`s but found it only works on 120V and essentially made for the US only and the other dual 120 and 240 not efficient enough. As an alternative I paid extra for this product compared to other options in UAE hoping to never worry about ironing again. The steam is not strong, another issue after steaming the clothes become totally wet! you need to hang them until dry which is not functional, I tried it on cotton and it did not remove all wrinkles almost 75% which is not a good look to go out with. I really had high hopes for this steamer. Also, it is really heavy you cant use it for more than a few shirts, it took me long to finish that cotton shirt more than a regular iron. If you are steaming against a door the whole door will be wet which is not good if made of wood.

I received the product but unfortunately it wasn't as a new product, it was used and sent to me as a new one.
