SKYCO Genuine OSPHO Metal Rust Remover Prepares Surfaces for Painting 1Qt

My first experience was over 30 years ago I was working as a brakeman at the Collinwood Yard and I noticed workers painting a storage tank the tank did not appear to be in good shape !! I inquired as to what and why would this maintence be preformed? The forman after displaying uses and application directed me to a place I could buy some that was 30yrs ago and my gallon has finally ran out!!!! I am going to buy a quart as well as a smaller bottle and I hope they use it to preserve my body then I know Ill still look good after 30-40 years. I have used Ospho on 10-20 rebuilds so for its still working!! I give it 5 stars RICK

This product works as it should by oxidizing rust. Can be painted over if following directions. Works great.

Product worked well on rust in the door jam of my SUV

Used it on my lawn mower that the powder coating was flaking off. I cleaned off the heavier rust and painted SKYCO on. Gave SKYCO 24hrs to dry then paint it good old Rustolem. No rust bubbling of the paint or rust issues where I used it.

Clean the surface, apply, let dry and paint it it’s amazing.

Painstakingly drilled each old nail to expose them. Added lots of OSPHO. Let it sit for at least 24 hours. Rust is still coming through. Frustrating!
