I am completely impressed. Used for a week straight before writing this review. This thing is a great deal!! I am 6’1 and 225. I would not recommend this for anyone much taller, but it works perfectly fine for me. The arm airbags are definitely more like wrist and hand airbags but they work great. At first the massage felt too hard, like it wasn’t aligned correctly but I was so wrong! It was painful because my muscles were so tense. After a few uses I realized this and I am so grateful now. I haven’t felt this good in years. Turn on some relaxing music though the Bluetooth speaker and it’s like I’m at a spa.I am sure the $5000 chairs provide more, but as I stated in the title, it’s worth way more than they charged. Even after the shipping costs, I feel guilty for what I paid. If anything changes I will definitely update here, but as far as things go today, I’d recommend this to anyone.

Ok, it took me forever to find the model of the chair before I ordered it. It's the BesMassage BM-EC420. There's not a lot of info on the internet about it, so this is what I know from my first day:1) It arrived via a carrier as only 1 box nearly fully assembled. I only had to attach the foot massage and the remote.2) It weighs 143 pounds3) Took me less than 30 min to unpack and set it up.4) Has 5 massage modes: (1) Recover (2) Thai (3) Chinese (4) Extend (5) Sleeping5) Airbags are located at your shoulders, forearms and legsThe SL roller is nice. I'm 6 ft tallIf there are any future problems or concerns, I'll update this review** One Week Update **1) The remote is difficult to understand. The documentation on it is sparse and you can't look up this model online. Anyone know how to get it to concentrate on one specific area (like the feet)?2) My wife says it's too painful. We've put a blanket over it since the padding is VERY thin. I don't mind it, but she does.3) It seems like the forearm airbags are a bit off. When I put my arms in there, i get air massaged more on my wrists and hands. Hard to get the right angle to hit my forearms.Overall - I still like this chair. Thr foot massage is pure bliss and I don't mind the rougher massage.

We bought the chair 5 months ago. My gf likes the chair because it's really strong and hurt so feel like a good massage. It's a little too strong for me so I cover it with a think blanket.We are both about 5ft 8 and the chair is slightly too high so when the rollers are at the highest position, it squeezes my head. Solution is to just use the included cushion but then neck massage wouldn't be as strong as before.Based on the massage alone, I'd give it a 3.5 to 4 star.When factor in the price, this would be a solid 4 star.But after 5 months, the air pump that fills the air bags gave out and seazed up. I tried emailing the manufacturer but haven't gotten a reply yet.If you know how to use soldering iron, you could try to find any jrk-555 24V dc air pump on Amazon and replace it to have it work again. Pump is under the seat and pretty easy to access.

Don't Buy.. I bought 2 of these, they will trap you in full recline & not let go until somebody pulls the plug..Worked fine for 4-5 months then started glitching. Will glitch for quite a few sessions & then trap you like a rat. Glad my wife was home, I hollered & she unplugged it so I could get out. Seller won't answer me or amazon & after a month of Amazon saying they will get back to me in "48 Hrs" Amazon finally told me I was SOL.

Hasta ahora la maquina a funcionado excelente y no se ha dañado como suele pasar con todo control digital. Muy buena inversion. Pregunte primero a su medico antes de comprar por si acaso los rodillos de masaje no le van bien con alguna lesion de espalda que usted tenga. Buena suerte.

I bought this chair for my dad and had it delivered to his house. The delivery company left it on his driveway in the rain! After opening the chair, I found a plastic leg broken on the bottom of the chair. The screw hole was stripped out, so I had to find a larger screw and repair it myself. The chair is surprisingly small and narrow. My dad barely fits in it, and he is only 5’8”. The arm airbags aren’t accessible for him to use due to how narrow the chair is. I tried sitting in it, and I’m 5’9” and weigh 185 pounds, and I can barely fit my arms in the arm area due to the narrow width of the chair. It feels very tight, cramped, and uncomfortable being all squished into the narrow space. The massage rollers work very well though and give a great massage, if you can fit in and tolerate the cramped space. I guess for the price, I got what I paid for.

This chair is great for relaxing. I got it for my severe back issues but I had to put a chair cushion in it because the massage massage is so strong. Other than that I love my chair.
