Q: What is the inside measurement of this ring?

I've long since used them and they left on the project so I cannot measure them. But by reading the information on the provided link, as well as the comments, I'd guess there is 1.75" of clearance inside the ring if that is what you are asking. According to the description they are 2" across, edge to edge and someone comments that the wire ring is made of 1/8" steel wire. One-eight times 2 is 1/4" so 2" minus the quarter inch of wire leaves you an inch and three quarters space...assuming the commenter is correct. I suppose it's possible that the steel wire is metric, thus not exactly 1/8" but if your requirements are tighter than that, you might need to order something else. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

I don't see way not as long as you don't get carried away with the weight of your plane..
