Teaching in a Special Education Classroom: A Step-by-Step Guide for Educators [Pierangelo, Roger, Giuliani, George] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Teaching in a Special Education Classroom: A Step-by-Step Guide for Educators Review: Teaching in Excellence requires an excellent guide -this is it! - Special educators require more than typical training. This book provides specific guidance and recommendations for teaching students with special needs. I wish I had had this book in the 80s when I started teaching. It's easy to apply to regular education as well. Review: Superficial - Given the credentials of the authors, I expected that this book would have substance. Don't waste your time or money on this book as it is akin to an article in NASET which they publish, or any other article found in special education websites. While I appreciate succint books that become valuable reference, this book fails on the second point. The two 'new' tips I picked up on with this book would not need further 'go-to'.
