I have hair that is straight and holds curl for about 2’seconds. I washed my hair and towel dried it mostly, then sprayed some of this on my hair and blew it dry. It was full and I added some waves with my 1 inch curling iron (just on top layer) then lightly sprayed and crunched it. It has held all day even in the humidity and a summer rain shower! It is not stiff or sticky at all!
